Butter Up! gourmet butters are for busy people who love good food.

Compound butters are flavored butters originated by the French to season meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.

There are many ways you can use Butter Up!

Use on grilled / roasted / steamed meats, fish, veggies and fruits

Toss with pasta, rice, risotto, quinoa

Make a basic sauce (4 oz butter., 1 cup stock/cream, 1 table spoon cornstarch, S/P

Combine with equal amounts flour to create a Beurre ManiƩ to thicken and give flavor to simmering liquids

Season mashed potatoes

Create a sophisticated grilled cheese sandwich
